Individual user authorization for Lightspeed integration
This resolves the issue where initiating the outbound call from AgencyZoom would only make the outbound call for the user who connected the integration. Now, each user will connect their own Lightspeed account to AgencyZoom and the user who initiated the call from AgencyZoom will have the call ring out from their Lightspeed account!
The admin will connect their account from the integration page
Once the admin has connected their account, every other user will connect their own account through their profile (hover over the profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the left-menu > select Lightspeed settings > connect)
Once connected, select the assigned Lightspeed number(s) assigned to you to use in the integration
Note: In order to accommodate this change, your Lightspeed account will be disconnected. Each user should re-authenticate by following the steps above.
Step 2: User connect through profile:
Split account-level and policy-level assignment options in renewal pipeline settings
We've split the account-level and policy-level assignment options, giving you the flexibility to assign the account-level producer or CSR to the service requests created.
Quick Add within the Global Add button
We've updated the Global Add button on the leads, opportunities, tasks, and service request pages. On the Lead page for example, the left portion of the button opens the add lead dialog with just one click, while the right portion retains the full global add dropdown.
Tag match logic for automation triggers
Until now, a lead/customer/policy/service request matching any of the selected tags in the automation trigger would execute the automation touchpoint. This would not support scenarios where all of the selected tags should be matched in order for the touchpoint to execute. E.g. we have an email touchpoint where the tags are "Opt-In" and "Spanish"; a lead with the "Spanish" tag would match one of the tags and the email would be sent, even though they do not match both tags. With the options below, we can now support both scenarios.
“Match all selected tags” – triggers only if all selected tags are present
“Match any selected tag” – triggers if any one of the selected tags is present
Note: these options will only display once 2 or more tags have been selected in the trigger. This is only available for tag inclusion and is not available for tag exclusion.
