Agencies may sometimes have duplicate lead records due to accidental entries, integration with an AMS, or improper import settings.
When a duplicate lead is identified, agencies can merge them by clicking on the lead card and selecting the icon shown in the screenshot.
Leads must be in the same pipeline and stage and belong to the same line of business (either commercial or personal) in order to merge them. Please note that leads categorized as smartcycle or dead leads will not display the merge icon.
If you are integrated with a management system, you will need to perform the merge in AgencyZoom first, then click the icon to open the lead's profile in the management system. The profile that opens should be used as the destination for the merge within the management system.
