Requesting time off in AgencyHR is easy, whether you are accessing the platform on its website or through AZ.
To request time off you’ll need to:
First, from your main screen (clock in/out screen) you’ll navigate to ‘My Time Off’.
Once you’ve landed on the ‘My Time Off’ page, you’ll be met with all your recent or upcoming time off requests as well as the balance of your PTO hours at the top.
Now when you request your time off, you’ll have a choice of what type of request you’re wanting to put in
After selecting your request type, you’ll be given the options to select a partial day off and to include weekends.
You’ll also be informed of the total available hours you have for that selected requested type.
Then you’ll choose the allocated time you’re requesting off by selecting the start and end dates.
After which it will tell you how many hours the request will be using.
From there you can add any comments if you’d like and then you’ll just press ‘submit’
Then you’re all done!
You should be able to see your request under the time off history to the left after submitting.
