CC Support in Automation

You can now include CC recipients when setting up automated emails in AgencyZoom. This makes it easier to keep key stakeholders informed and ensures important conversations stay visible without requiring manual follow-up.

What’s New

  • Add one or more CC recipients alongside the primary recipient

  • Choose from preset recipient options or enter custom email addresses

  • CC’d recipients receive the same automated message and remain included on reply threads

Why It Matters

Including CC recipients helps maintain visibility across client communications and ensures stakeholders stay informed throughout the conversation lifecycle. Support for custom email addresses also unlocks additional workflow flexibility, such as sending automated messages to external systems, shared inboxes, or third-party partners.


Service Request API & Expanded Service Request Automation via Zapier

AgencyZoom has expanded its Service Request API and Zapier support, making it easier to integrate service workflows with external systems and automate how service requests are managed.

New API Capabilities

The Service Request API now includes additional endpoints that support the full service request lifecycle:

  • Service pipelines and stages

    • The existing Get Pipelines and Stages endpoints now include service pipelines, allowing external systems to align with your service workflows

  • Service request reference data

    • New endpoints to retrieve service categories, priorities, and resolutions

    • Useful for ensuring external systems stay in sync with AgencyZoom configuration values

  • Service request management

    • New endpoints to create service requests

    • New endpoints to update existing service requests

    • New endpoints to complete service requests

New Zapier Triggers

Additional Zapier triggers are now available to automate actions when service activity occurs in AgencyZoom:

  • Service request created

    • Trigger workflows when a new service request is added

  • Service request status changed

    • Trigger workflows when a service request moves between statuses

New Zapier Actions

New Zapier actions allow external systems to find and update service requests:

  • Find a service request

    • Locate a service request in AgencyZoom to support downstream automation

  • Update service request

    • Update service request details or status from external workflows


Customer Segmentation

We’ve improved the customer segmentation experience to make it easier to find, build, and manage the segments you rely on every day. The updated filtering experience reduces complexity while offering more control over how customer data is organized and used.

What’s New

  • A simplified, easy-to-navigate filter menu

  • Expanded filter options for more precise segmentation

  • Ability to save segments as personal or share them across your agency
