Deliver your Recommendation Engine Opportunities to AgencyZoom through the Farmers Lead Marketplace.
With the Farmers Lead Marketplace integration with AgencyZoom, you can send Opportunities identified by the Farmers Recommendation Engine to AgencyZoom automatically.
This AgencyZoom integration supports delivery of three Farmers Recommendation Engine Opportunity types:

Win-Back
Quotes Not Closed
Set Up the Recommendation Engine Integration
To get started:
Select the My Agency gear icon.
Select Integrations.
Scroll down and locate Farmers Integrations.
Select Add Lead Intake Integration.
You will need to create a separate lead intake integration for each Recommendation Engine Opportunity type you want to send to AgencyZoom.
Step 1: Configure the Lead
Select the Recommendation Engine Opportunity Type you would like to configure:
Cross-Sell
Win-Back
Quotes Not Closed
Next, select the Lead Source that should be assigned to Recommendation Engine Opportunities delivered through this integration.
You can create a separate Lead Source for each Recommendation Engine Opportunity type or use a general Lead Source, such as Farmers.
You can also select any Tags that should automatically be applied when the record is created.
Step 2: Select the Target Pipeline
Choose where the Recommendation Engine Opportunities should be created in AgencyZoom.
Select:
the target Pipeline
the target Stage
New Recommendation Engine Opportunities received through this integration will automatically be placed in the selected pipeline and stage.
Step 3: Configure Assignments
Choose the default assignments for leads created through the integration:
Producer
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location
These assignments will automatically be applied when a new Farmers Recommendation Engine Opportunity is delivered to AgencyZoom.
Choose how AgencyZoom should handle incoming Farmers Recommendation Engine Opportunities when a matching record already exists.
Step 4: Finish the Integration
Once the setup is complete, AgencyZoom will provide a Webhook URL for the integration.
This webhook connects the selected Farmers Recommendation Engine Opportunity type to AgencyZoom.
