When you sign up for AgencyZoom, you'll find a default pipeline with a New, Contacted, & Quoted stage pre-loaded with automation to get you up and running. To help you with creating pipelines in the future, we've created this article that provides those same sequences you can upload into your new pipelines and start using today!

Our engineers set this up to make it super easy for you. All you need to do to get your sample sequences uploaded and going is to follow these steps:

1. Download the following 3 files for your New, Contacted, & Quoted Stages:

2. Go back to AgencyZoom > Lifecycle Automation > Go to the Pipeline and Stage you're working on.

3. Click Actions > Import

4. Click the first stage ("Prospecting New") and then "Open"

5. Have your that we just put 13 automation steps in your pipeline in the snap of a finger!

6. Repeat the steps above for the "Contacted" and "Quoted" stages to keep the automation train chugging!

That's it, you've got our Secret Recipe of automation plugged into your new pipeline. You can turn those on and start using them for leads today. We always like to remind everyone that it's good to look through the automation steps and customize it to your liking. Feel free to add steps, edit the templates, or simply use it as inspiration to supercharge your automation.

By the way, we also upload a bunch of templates into your account when you sign up too so you're not starting from scratch. You can view those templates in your account by going to My Agency > Content Library.
