  • From the Lifecycle automation, go to any stage under any pipeline and click Add a touchpoint.

  • Select Notify Lead Referrer

  • Complete the template

Note: If you only want to send to business referral partners, be sure to change the lead source trigger to only include "Referral Partners". The system will then only send if the lead source is one of the referral partners located under the Business Referral Partner page.
