After working with agencies across the country on what could make the biggest impact in their customer journey, we repeatedly heard a need for better tracking and engagement during service based work (onboarding, renewals, claims, request, etc).
Admittedly, this wasn't an easy ask. There's nothing built like this in our space and the big players outside of insurance are NYSE companies (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Monday, Trello, Asana) charging upwards of $50/user. We knew this wasn't how we wanted to make a positive impact so we brought 10 agencies from across the country to the drawing board.
These agencies represented transactional personal lines, large commercial, E&S, areas that had been hit recently by natural disasters, all our integrated AMSes, and they'd all been trying to make one of the big players work. They had a vision, but were struggling to make it work in insurance. Since July of 2021, we've been working hand in hand and are now proud to show you what we've accomplished.
