When a new team member is added, they will receive an email with a link to activate their account. The new team member will create their own password.
Once logged in, a product tour will start to show them around the platform.

Original activation emails are good for a few days. If yours has expired, please reach out to the support team via the blue chat bubble for assistance.
If you are receiving an error that stating the email address has already been activated, but you cannot sign in, please follow the forgot password link.
