Vertafore Single Sign-On (SS0)

What is Vertafore's Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a method that allows users to log into multiple Vertafore SSO- enabled solutions with just one set of credentials. It simplifies the login process and reduces the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords. SSO also provides greater security and compliance with multifactor authentication.

How does this impact me?

SSO is an optional login method for AgencyZoom users. If you have more than one Vertafore product, you can now use SSO to log into all of your Vertafore products at once. If you are using AMS360 as your agency management system, you can utilize SSO now. QQCatalyst SSO is coming soon, so stay tuned for that announcement!

I'm an existing Vertafore SSO User

If you're an existing Vertafore SSO user:

  1. Be sure that your AgencyZoom email address matches that of the email address associated with your SSO account

  2. The next time you sign in, select the Sign in with Vertafore SSO option and enter your SSO credentials!

I do not have a Vertafore SSO account

If you do not have a Vertafore SSO account:

  1. Sign in with your AgencyZoom credentials

  2. Hover your name in the bottom-left corner > select Enable Vertafore SSO

  3. Select Enable

  4. Check your email inbox and follow the link to set your Vertafore SSO password

  5. The next time you sign in, select the Sign in with Vertafore SSO option and enter your SSO credentials!

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Once you have enabled Vertafore SSO for your AgencyZoom account:

  1. Sign in with your Vertafore SSO credentials

  2. Hover your name in the bottom-left corner > select Enable MFA

  3. Follow the steps to register multi-factor authentication (if you haven't previously already set this up)

Global Add Button

The Global Add button allows you to add a new lead, customer, task, note, upload a new file, and more from any page within the platform with just one click to save you time and improve your workflow.
