What is SmartSearch?

SmartSearch is a unified search solution, allowing you to find anything from anywhere within AgencyZoom. SmartSearch is driven by 3 core principles:

  1. Comprehensive: extensive searchables. Not only the items you can search, but the attributes that comprise them

  2. Relevant: you shouldn't need to sift through your search results. The built-in matching and ranking system will ensure your result surfaces to the top

  3. Actionable: take action directly on the result; without any unnecessary navigation


How can I utilize SmartSearch?

Select the search bar in the top-right corner (or select Ctrl + K on your keyboard) and search by:

  • Leads and Customers

  • Contacts

    • Related-contacts will ensure that the lead/customer is in the results. Helpful when you aren't speaking with the primary

  • Policies

    • Policy number is now searchable

  • Service Requests

  • Team members

    • See all of the leads, customers, services that a team member is assigned to

  • Activities

    • Notes

    • Document name

Can't find something?

  • System features

    • Search for any page in AgenyZoom

    • Need to setup your Outlook? Just search "outlook" and it will take you to the Outlook integration page

    • Need your Zapier key and secret? Search "zapier"

    • Looking for a specific report? Describe that report

    • and much, much more..

  • System settings

    • Search for the setting you're trying to control and it will take you directly to the setting you're looking for

    • Some examples would be "default to personal" or "receive new lead email alert"
