Uploading your quotes data enables you to track how many quotes your Agency has completed, as well as review trending reports on the Agency's performance.

This article covers the following:

  • How to create a quote activity

  • How to download the quote report from DASH

  • How to upload the quote report to AgencyZoom

  • How to review the quotes data/reports

  • How often should I do this?

How to create a quote activity:

  • Click on Activities from the main menu

  • Click on Activity Types to add a new activity

  • Click Add

  • Check Quote Activity button to indicate activity type

  • Click Save when done

How to download the quote report from DASH:

  • Go to DASH

  • Click on Reports, then Quotes, then P&C Total Serious Quotes Detail

  • Click the refresh icon to export the report

  • Enter the Production Date To and Production Date From

  • Select your Agent Number(s) - click the refresh icon if you don't see all of your agent numbers

  • Click OK

  • Click the Export icon

  • From the export window (will appear after you click the export button), click the Data option then click OK

  • Save the file to your computer then upload to AgencyZoom

How to upload the quote report to AgencyZoom

  • Click on Activities from the main menu

  • Click on Import Quote Report

  • Click Browse and upload the P&C New Business P&C Total Serious Quotes Detail

How to review the quotes data/reports

You have 3 different report options, all of which can be found under the Activities tab. Here's a brief explanation for each of the reports allows you to review.

Note: The current quote reporting capability doesn't allow for a breakdown by the type of quote (Auto vs. Home). However, this will be possible in future releases. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  • Daily Activity Summary: Review activity data by LSP from a daily view

  • Monthly Activity Report: Review activity total for a specific month, with ranking and averages

  • Agency Activity Trending: Review trending reports based on historical data for the entire Agency
