How are retention tasks communicated and tracked
All tasks are communicated via email the day they are due. The system will automatically send an email to the person responsible for completing the task every morning at 9 AM.
The email will include details of the due task, who's the customer and the ability to mark the task complete from within the email vs. having to jump back into AgencyZoom.
AgencyZoom will track all completed, active and past due tasks.
The task list can be found by clicking the profile image from your AgencyZoom account then click on My Tasks.
