Did you know that leads generated from terminated clients have a higher closing ratio and retention ratio than purchased web leads?  AND they are free!

In this article, we will show you how AgencyZoom is going to turn your terminated clients into hot leads at the perfect time.

How does this work? After you upload your Termination list we will "pend" all of your winback leads. That means we will hold them until the "perfect time" to contact them.  Our algorithm is based on maximizing the chance a producer has to close a winback. Long story short...it's all about timing.

While leads are pending, you're able to manage them as you see fit.

This means you can do the following with your pending leads:

  • Delete
  • Reassign
  • Convert to lead now

NOTE - We do NOT recommend converting any leads now unless you are just testing the system.  Let our magic do it's magic :)

How to delete/reassign/convert pending leads

  1. Click Winbacks on your Dashboard
  2. Click the "Pending" button in the upper right corner
  3. Locate the lead you want to manage and click the checkbox associated with it
  4. You will see a sidebar popup with all of your options

If you want to manage multiple pending leads at a time simply click the check box associated with all of them prior to making adjustments on the side bar.  Or, you can also click the checkbox in the top row to select all leads in the column.  Then you will see the sidebar popup and you can make your adjustment to all the leads on the page.

How to delete an entire previously uploaded batch of terminations

  1. Click Winbacks on your Dashboard
  2. Click the "Pending" button in the upper right corner
  3. At the top you will see filter option with one being BATCH.  Select the batch you want to delete.
  4. Also switch the filter for rows per page from 20 to the max 200.
  5. Select the checkbox in the top row to select all pending leads on that page
  6. Choose Delete = YES and hit Update.
  7. Continue 5-6 for any remaining leads
