Before adding new brokered P&C Business, an Agencyzoom account admin must select all of the carriers you do business with.

  • Go to My Agency

  • Click on Carrier Setup

  • Select all of the carriers then click Save

Note: Open a support ticket if you can't find a carrier and we'll be glad to add it to the list. 

 

Adding Brokered P&C policy

  • Click on Add Brokered Business

  • Complete the mandatory fields regarding the Customer, then select Next

  • Complete the mandatory fields regarding the Policy, then select Add

  • If applicable, select + Add another policy and complete the previously listed steps

Pro Tip 1:  If a customer has both an Allstate and a Brokered policy, upload the Allstate policy first.  The system will automatically populate all of the Customer Info fields.

Pro Tip 2:  Allstate policies such as Flood, Earthquake, Motorclub and Commercial will be uploaded via the Add Brokered Business button.
