By activating the Short Rate Trigger, AgencyZoom will automatically scan all auto policies to ensure that the the estimated annual mileage is above the average you set.

If the estimated annual mileage is at or below your setting, then AgencyZoom will automatically alert the sales producer that uploaded the policy to either update the policy and re-upload or continue if they feel that the information is accurate.

If the agent decides to continue, then the agency owner will receive an FYI email letting them know that a sales producer just uploaded a policy that triggered the Short Rate alert.
