Track quote activity like a BOSS... No more manual entry!

You're just a couple of clicks away from seeing quote activity as you've never seen it before.

Long Story short...you'll upload one report today that goes back 1 year.  Then you'll only have to maintain by uploading new reports once or twice a month. 

It should only take you 2-3 minutes to track quote activity in your agency moving forward.

STEP 1 - Set up the Quotes Activity

You only have to do this step one time.  Skip this step if you previously did this. 

  • Click on Activities from the main menu

  • Click on Activity Types to add a new activity

  • Click Add

  • Give your new activity type a Name = Quotes

  • Check Quote Activity button to indicate this is the Quote activity

  • Set the daily benchmark goal.  I.e. 8

  • Choose an award badge 

  • Keep "Apply to All" checked

  • Click Save when done

STEP 2 - Download your Quote Report from dash.

  • Go to Dash

  • Click on Reports, then Quotes, then P&C Total Serious Quotes Detail

  • Click the refresh icon next to export the report 

  • Enter the Production Date To and Production Date FromYou can go all the way back to when you opened.The further back you go, the longer it takes to pull the report.We recommend going back 1-year

  • Select your Agent Number(s) - click the refresh icon if you don't see all of your agent numbers

  • Click OK

  • Click the Export icon

  • On the Export pop-up, you will see two options: Reports or Data.  Switch it to DATA

  • Then click OK

  • Save the file to your computer then upload to AgencyZoom.  Don't worry about the name...just remember where you saved it :) 

Step 3 - Upload to AgencyZoom

  • Click on Activities from the main menu

  • Click on Import Dash Quote Report

  • Click Browse and upload the P&C New Business P&C Total Serious Quotes Detail

Step 4 - See your Quote Activity

First stop is the main dashboard.....toggle it from Written business to Activities.  From there you change the time frame as well.
