How Do I change the Sold Date for a policy?

Step-by-step instructions to change the sale date of a policy

You can change the Date Sold if you would like the sales metrics to show on a particular day.  

  • Click on Customers from the main menu

  • Go to the customer's file (click on name in the customer list)

  • Click the three dots in the top right corner of the policy

  • Click Edit Written Policy

  • Change the Date Sold

  • Click Save

 

Note: This will only change the date sold for written policies. You can't change the date sold for issued policies. That data is taken directly from the Dash and iVantage reports and can't be manipulated.
