Typed in the wrong premium?
Need to update a policy date?
That's easy! All you have to do is the following:
- Go to the Customers tab
- Click on the customer's name (or search for it in the search box)
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of the policy
- Click on Edit Written Policy
- Update the policy information as needed
- Click Save
Note: This will not send a new sales alert. It will only update the reports and commission (if applicable).
