How To - Edit Sold Policies

Step-by-step instructions to update a policy that's already been sold

Did you tag the wrong lead source on your sale and want to change it?

Typed in the wrong premium?

Need to update a policy date?

That's easy! All you have to do is the following:

  1. Go to the Customers tab

  2. Click on the customer's name (or search for it in the search box)

  3. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the policy

  4. Click on Edit Written Policy

  5. Update the policy information as needed

  6. Click Save

โ€‹Note: This will not send a new sales alert. It will only update the reports and commission (if applicable).
