How to create email templates

Where and how to create email templates

Do you want to create email templates to use throughout AgencyZoom? 

You can create email templates to be used for the following:

  • To send manually from your lead manager 

  • To use for automated lead follow-ups

  • To use for automated customer onboarding

(Note: All templates are viewable from the automated touchpoint wizard)

To create an email template, simply do the following

  • Go to My Agency 

  • Click on Templates

  • Click on Create Template

  • Select the type of template (prospecting or onboarding)

You'll notice that your AgencyZoom account has a lot of default templates - keep an eye on that page for new templates, as well as updates to existing templates!
