If you're using Twilio or RingCentral as your texting provider, you can easily send attachments, images, and emojis directly from AgencyZoom.
Simply click the attachment button when writing a new text, then attach and press Send. It's an easy and very powerful way to engage with your clients.
In order for this to work, you must have MMS capabilities. If you only have SMS, then you will only be able to send texting and emojis. Please contact your service provider to find out how you can upgrade your line.
You can quickly test to see if you have MMS capabilities by sending a sample attachment to your personal cell phone. AgencyZoom will prompt you with an error message if MMS is not active on your line.
