When you add a lead or a policy, we'll ask you for the Executive and Representative:
You may think that AgencyZoom is missing some people from these lists, so we created this guide to help you understand how those lists are populated.
How we populate this list?
When an Admin user adds or edits a teammate, they are asked to indicate the roles for that person:
- If P&C Producer is selected, that user will be shown in the Executive list
- If Customer Service Rep is selected, that user will be shown in the Representative list
A user may have more than one role, so it's possible for them to show on both lists.
Admin users can make changes to the roles assigned to each user, which will then update the lists.
