Farmers agents: this one's for you 😉
Connecting to your Farmers email account will allow you to access your email inbox from within AgencyZoom, as well as have messages sent out by your automations come from you (instead of from AgencyZoom). This will streamline your workday, and also make your emails more personal when contacting leads or customers.
Before you connect:
1. You will need your Farmers email password. This is a specific password to your email that's typically automatically generated for you. If you don't know that password, please contact Farmers service for help on how to reset it.
- Click the Home icon
- Click where it says "Click here" for password reset
2. If you're not an AgencyZoom account admin, you will need to make sure that the email integration is active for your agency (if your admin hasn't already connected to their email account, you won't be able to connect to yours).
How to connect:
Go to My Agency on the main menu of your AgencyZoom account
Scroll down to the Email and Calendar section, then click on the Outlook card
Enter your Farmers email address into the "Your Email Address" box, then click the Connect button (this will open a system dialogue that prompts you to choose your email provider)
Click Other in the dialogue
Enter your email address and password (Note: this is asking specifically for your Farmers email password, which is different from your internet or general account password. If you don't know your password, you should be able to reset it directly from your Farmers main page, or you can contact your admin.)
Where it asks for IMAP host, type in: IMAP.postoffice.net
Where it asks for SMTP host, type in: SMTP.postoffice.net
Click the SIGN IN button
When your account authenticates, the dialogue will close and additional settings will appear under your Email Settings - leave the folder selection set to "All", and click the Update button
Once that's done, then your account is integrated! You're all set to use your Farmers email from within AgencyZoom 😃
