Call/Text Integrations

Twilio

Step 1) Click “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel

Step 2) Click “Integrations”

Step 3) Scroll down to the Text/voIP section and click “Twilio”

Step 4) Click “Connect”

Step 5) Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token (this information is found on your Twilio account)

Step 6) Click “Save”

Step 7) Click through your texting and click to call settings. If changes were made, make sure to select Save

RingCentral

Step 1) Click “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel

Step 2) Click “Integrations”

Step 3) Scroll down to the Text/voIP section and select “RingCentral”

Step 4) Click “Connect”

Step 5) Follow prompts to enter credentials and verify contact info

Step 6) Click through your texting and click to call settings. If changes were made, make sure to select Save

Zipwhip

Step 1) Click “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel

Step 2) Click “Integrations”

Step 3) Scroll down to the Text/voIP section and select “Zipwhip”

Step 4) Click “Connect”

Email Integrations

Connecting your email will provide seamless outreach to leads and customers from AgencyZoom. You can send one-off, bulk and automated emails.

GSuite

Step 1) Go to “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel

Step 2) Click “Integrations”

Step 3) Scroll until you see the email section and click “GSuite”

Step 4) Click “Verify App”

Step 5) On the pop up window, copy the code provided

Step 6) Select “Continue”

Step 7) New browser window appears which will walk you through entering email credentials

Step 8) After you enter your credentials, you will land on a Google Admin page

Step 9) Select “Add App”

Step 10) From the dropdown, select “OAUTH APP NAME”

Step 11) Paste the copied code and continue

Step 12) Select AgencyZoom and Continue

Step 13) Go back into AgencyZoom and select “Connect”

Step 14) Follow prompts to login

Step 15) Decide if you want to sync all folders or a select few, then select “Update”

*Once the admin is connected, the remaining team members will need to connect their email.

Outlook, Office365, Yahoo, Other

Step 1) Go to “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel

Step 2) Select “Integrations”

Step 3) Scroll until you see the email section and select your provider

Step 4) Click “Connect” and follow prompts to enter email credentials

Step 5) Decide if you want to sync all folders or a select few, then select “Update”
