Workflows (Pipelines)
Workflows within Enterprise are the Pipelines: Sales, Service, Onboarding.
Lifecycle Automation
Once workflows are determined, the corresponding automation can be built. This can be a combination of emails, reminders, tasks, and texts.
Templates can be created from the Lifecycle Automation view as well as the Content Library.
Content Library
Add and manage additional templates for email, text, documents, and videos/images.
