Recent visit history

The visit history icon located at the top right-hand corner allows you to easily pick up where you left off by accessing recently visited leads, customers, service requests, and pages.

You now have the option to view the email and text template libraries as a list view!

Minor enhancements pushed to production on demand:

  • Option to create AgencyHR account when adding a new team member

    • Previously, when adding a user in AgencyZoom, the user would automatically be added in AgencyHR. A checkbox has been added to make this optional.

  • Default auto expiration calculation

    • The expiration date will now automatically adjust based on your default auto policy term length (found in system settings). You no longer need to clear out the expiration date and tab over from the effective date to recalculate!

  • Lead & customer ID displayed

    • The AgencyZoom Internal ID is now shown on leads and customers. This is useful in the lead and customer import to batch update existing accounts!

  • Simplified the service dashboard

    • Cleaned up the dashboard header by removing redundant options

      • New icons to edit or delete existing custom service dashboards

GAIL, Generative AI by LULA Integration

This integration will enable GAIL to make outbound calls right from AgencyZoom. This works by creating Call Tasks and assigning them to the AgencyZoom account that you would like to use for the integration.
