How do I reset my password?
In AgencyZoom, resetting your password is very easy. In this article, we will go over the steps to reset your password.
You will start off by selecting your profile name in the bottom right hand corner.
After selecting your name, a window should pop out to the right. This is where you will select ‘My Profile’.
Once you’ve landed on your profile page, you’ll select ‘Change Password’ in the bottom right hand corner.
After selecting ‘Change Password’ you’ll be taken to the next page where you can enter your current password and new one.
Remember that your new password must be at least 8 characters long, have at least 1 uppercase letter, have a least 1 lowercase letter, and have at least 1 number.
Once you’ve entered your new password, you can select Change.
Or you can select ‘Reset Password’, this will send an email instructing on how to reset your password to the email you use to login with.
