How to Edit Sold Policies

Step-by-step instructions to update a policy that's already been sold

Did you tag the wrong lead source on your sale and want to change it?

Typed in the wrong premium?

Need to update a policy date?

That's easy! All you have to do is the following:

Go to the Customers tab

Click on the customer's name (or search for it in the search box)

  • Go to the customer's profile from customers from the left side menu

  • Click on the three dots on the upper right side of the policy then click edit


​ Note: This will not send a new sales alert. It will only update the reports and commission (if applicable). Also, If you're integrated with a management system, you might need to edit the policy there first then sync the information.
