How to Edit Sold Policies
Step-by-step instructions to update a policy that's already been sold

Did you tag the wrong lead source on your sale and want to change it?
Typed in the wrong premium?
Need to update a policy date?
That's easy! All you have to do is the following:
Go to the Customers tab
Click on the customer's name (or search for it in the search box)
Go to the customer's profile from customers from the left side menu
Click on the three dots on the upper right side of the policy then click edit
β Note: This will not send a new sales alert. It will only update the reports and commission (if applicable). Also, If you're integrated with a management system, you might need to edit the policy there first then sync the information.
