Web Lead Vendors

How to integrate web lead vendors within Agency Zoom.

Web Lead Integration

AgencyZoom's Web Lead Integration allows your lead vendors to send leads directly into your pipelines!

Webhook vs. Email Intake

AgencyZoom provides two methods of integration: webhook-based, and email-based.

Webhooks: Allow applications to push data from one system to another in real-time. In AgencyZoom's case, we create a unique URL code for your lead vendor to send data to.

Email-Based: Our system generates a unique AgencyZoom email address for you to add to your lead delivery recipients. Once your vendor starts sending that email address leads, AgencyZoom reads these emails and brings the data into your pipeline as new leads.

Note: Every Web Lead vendor has their own method for setting up these Webhooks or Email Intakes. If you’re not sure where to input that webhook or email once you have it, we recommend reaching out to the Vendor for more information.

How to Add a Web Lead Integration

The following video provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to create a new integration.

You can also follow these steps below:

  1. Click the My Agency icon (the gear in the bottom left of AgencyZoom for admins)

  1. Click the "Integration" page

  1. Click the "Web Lead Integration" icon

  1. Click the blue "+ Web Lead Integration" button in the top right

  1. Choose one of the supported Webhook-based vendors and click "Next"

  1. Select the Lead Source and optionally add the tags you want to assign to these leads from the dropdown menu, then click "Next"

  1. Select destination Pipeline and Stage you want the leads to be placed into and click "Next"

  1. You must choose who to assign to the web leads for both the producer and CSR.

Round-Robin to All: Includes all users in the assignment rotation. This equally distributes the leads to everyone with the given role (Producer or CSR)

Assign to a Specific Individual: Allows you to designate one individual to always receive the leads

Assign to Members in Assignment Group: You can setup Assignment Groups to limit the individuals that receive leads from a given vendor. For example, you could add three producers to an assignment group and then use this option. This option equally distributes leads to the users in the assignment group.

  1. Assign the location you want the leads to be associated with then click "Next"

  1. Depending on the lead vendor, the final page will display either a webhook or email address. All you need to do is copy the webhook or email address and provide it to your lead vendor to begin delivery to AgencyZoom. Some vendors allow you to add email addresses or webhooks directly through their portal.

You're all set! Once your lead vendor begins delivering the leads to the AgencyZoom webhook or email you will start seeing the leads directly in your pipeline.

Why are there duplicates of some Web Lead Vendors?

You may notice that some Vendors on the List show twice, one with just the name of the Vendor, and one with “Webhook” in parentheses.

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

This is because these vendors can send leads both through an Email Intake OR through a Webhook. The first option in these cases is the option to set up an Email, while the second option with Webhook in Parenthesis sets up a Webhook. If you’re not sure which you should choose, we recommend reaching out to the Vendor for more information.

Want to add a new Approved Web Lead Vendor to our List?

If you work with a Web Lead Vendor which isn’t listed on the approved List, there’s a possibility we could add them. Reach out to AgencyZoom via the blue chat bubble in the bottom right- once you’re connected with a member of the AgencyZoom Support team, let them know the name of the Vendor you’d like to add.

Typically our Analyst will require an example Lead Email from the Vendor, and the lead script format they’ll be sending to our webhook.
