To create or edit your AgencyZoom email signature, hover over or click your name in the navigation panel at the bottom left of the screen. From the list of options that appear, select “My Profile”, then click the white “Signature” button at the bottom of the next page. A window will open where you will be able to build or edit your personal email signature.
NOTES:
Emails are added individually within user profiles. They cannot be edited or altered by any other accounts, including admin accounts.
We generally advise against copying and pasting existing signatures, as the formatting can change when pasted.
It is also suggested that images are saved to the computer with their desired size before uploading to the AgencyZoom signature setup. This will ensure that images are not resized when sending to clients.
