This article shows how to connect your Google Workspace email to AgencyZoom. Google Workspace is the business version of Gmail and typically will have your website as the domain (e.g. owner@abcagency.com). Connecting your email will provide seamless outreach to leads and customers from AgencyZoom. You can send one-off, bulk and automated emails.
Google Workspace (Admins)
Go to “My Agency” on the bottom left navigation panel
Click “Integrations”
Scroll until you see the email section and click “GSuite”
Click “Verify App”
On the pop up window, copy the code provided
Select “Continue”
New browser window appears requesting you sign into Google
After you enter your credentials, you will land on a Google Admin page
Make sure you are on the "App Access Control" page, it should look like the screenshot below. If it doesn't take you here, go to Menu > Security > API Controls > App Access Control
Under the "Configured Apps", click "View List"
Click on "Configure new app"
Paste the copied code and Search
Select AgencyZoom
Click Continue
Select "Trusted" on the "Access to Google Data page" and click Continue
Click Finish
Go back into AgencyZoom and select “Connect”
Follow prompts to login
Decide if you want to sync all folders or a select few, then select “Update”
Once the admin is connected, the remaining team members will not need to follow this whole process. They simply need to go to their profile in the lower left, email settings, and connect their email.
