The Enterprise account in AgencyZoom allows you to manage workflows and automations across all Member Agencies. By standardizing sales, service, and onboarding processes, you can ensure consistency and efficiency throughout your organization.

Use workflows and automation to:

  • Create consistent processes across agencies.

  • Automate communication and tasks.

  • Centralize content for reuse.

Workflows (Pipelines)

Within Enterprise, workflows are represented as Pipelines. The most common workflows include:

Sales – manage leads from new to closed.

Service – track and resolve customer service requests.

Onboarding – guide new customers through the setup process.

Lifecycle Automation

Once workflows are determined, you can build Lifecycle Automation to streamline communication and tasks. Automations can include:

  • Emails

  • Reminders

  • Tasks

  • Text messages

Templates can be created both in the Lifecycle Automation view and within the Content Library for reuse across agencies.

Content Library

The Content Library allows you to add and manage reusable templates, including:

Email templates

Text message templates

Documents

Videos and images

This centralized library ensures that Member Agencies have access to consistent, approved content when executing automations.
