Publishing with Enterprise
One of the key benefits of an Enterprise account in AgencyZoom is the ability to publish workflows, automations, and content to Member Agencies. This allows you to create once and share with many, ensuring consistency across your entire organization.
Use publishing to:
Standardize workflows and automations.
Distribute updates and content quickly.
Save time by sharing at scale instead of recreating locally.
How to Publish Content
Open the workflow, automation, or content you want to share.
Click the Publish icon.
Choose one of the following options:
Publish to all Member Agencies – share instantly with every connected agency.
Publish to selected Member Agencies – choose only the agencies you want to receive the content.
How Publishing Appears in Member Agencies
When content is published from an Enterprise account, a Publish icon will display next to that item inside the Member Agency’s account. This makes it clear which items came from Enterprise versus those created locally.
