The data aggregated in the Enterprise account is from the written business of the Member Agencies. AgencyZoom enterprise does not pull book of business (AMS) data at this time.

Custom Dashboards are available by simply selecting customize > widget picker. The reports important to the enterprise can be selected. Once the available reports are selected, they are able to be re-arranged by dragging-and-dropping and resizing.

A Member Agency with an active integration will contribute to the operational efficiency report for that category.

The on the map reporting results from the zip code of the related-customer for the policy.
