Enterprise Dashboard

The Enterprise Dashboard in AgencyZoom provides a high-level view of performance across all connected member agencies. Data is aggregated from the written business of each Member Agency, giving enterprise leaders insights into efficiency, production, and geographic reach.

  • Note: AgencyZoom Enterprise does not pull book of business (AMS) data at this time.

Use the Enterprise Dashboard to:

  • Track performance across multiple agencies in one view.

  • Monitor operational efficiency by category.

  • Visualize customer distribution on the map.

  • Align agencies toward shared goals.

Custom Dashboards

You can create a tailored view of enterprise data by customizing the dashboard:

Click Customize > Widget Picker.

Select the reports that are most important to your enterprise.

Rearrange reports using drag-and-drop.

Resize widgets to highlight what matters most.

Operational Efficiency Report

A Member Agency with an active integration contributes to the operational efficiency report for its category. This allows enterprises to measure productivity and performance across all participating agencies.

On the Map Reporting

The On the Map feature uses the zip code of each related customer to display policy distribution geographically. This helps enterprises:

See where business is concentrated.

Identify underserved markets.

Strategize growth opportunities.
