Cloning allows you to reuse automation steps or entire workflows without rebuilding them.
Cloning a single touchpoint
To clone an individual step, click the three dots next to the automation step and select “Clone.” Choose the destination stage and confirm. The step will appear in the selected stage.
Cloning a full workflow
To clone an entire workflow, open the workflow and click “Actions” in the top right. Select “Clone,” choose the destination stage, and confirm. The full workflow will be duplicated into the new stage.
