Building Automations for a Sales Pipeline

Automations can be applied to each stage of your sales pipeline to streamline communication and task management.

Step 1: Navigate to Lifecycle Automation
Go to the Lifecycle Automation section after creating your pipeline.

Step 2: Select a pipeline
Under Prospecting, select the pipeline you want to configure. Click on a stage to begin building automation for that stage.

Step 3: Create the workflow
Click “Add Automated Step” and select the type of action you want to add, such as emails, texts, tasks, or reminders.

Step 4: Build your timeline
Add multiple steps to create a sequence of touchpoints. Space them out logically to maintain consistent communication with leads and customers.

A well-structured workflow typically includes a mix of emails, texts, and internal tasks to ensure timely follow-ups and engagement.
