You can update how incoming web leads are assigned by editing the assignment settings for a specific web lead vendor.
Steps to Change the Assignment
In AgencyZoom, click My Agency (the gear icon) in the bottom-left corner.
2. Select Integrations.
3. Click Web Lead Integrations.
4.Find the web lead vendor you want to update and click Edit in the top-right corner of the vendor settings.
5. Click the Next button until you reach the Assignment tab.
6.Choose how you would like incoming leads from that vendor to be assigned.
Assignment Options
You can assign incoming web leads using one of the following methods:
Round Robin – Evenly distributes leads among all producers or CSRs.
Specific Producer or CSR – Assigns every incoming lead to a designated producer or CSR.
Assignment Group – Routes leads to a custom assignment group that has been created for your agency.
After saving your changes, all new leads received from that web lead vendor will follow the selected assignment method.
