Notes help agents stay in the know on the latest activity and help with organization.

Notes on leads and customers:

Important notes can be pinned. By choosing this option, the note will always appear at the top of the activity section.

For example: Client named Johnny, but prefers to go by John. This notes can be pinned to the top, so every time the agent reviews activity, they see this first.
