Notes on leads and customers step by step
Step 1: Locate your lead or customer, then open their designated page.

Step 2: After selecting the corresponding Note icon, a page like the one below will open.
Important notes can be pinned. By choosing this option, the note will always appear at the top of the activity section.
For example, A client named Johnny prefers to go by John. This note can be pinned to the top so that every time the agent reviews activity, they see it first.

Next is how to apply Notes at the policy level:
Step 1: Select the dropdown menu labeled “Add Activity” on the policy card.
Step 2: Select “Create a Note” from the dropdown menu.
The same window as above will appear, allowing you to create a note with the option to pin it to the top.
Then you are all done!
