Batch Update Leads & Customers via CSV
You now have the ability to batch update lead & customer information by importing a CSV file. We had this before? Sort of. When importing a lead or customer list via CSV and matching existing records by name + email or name + phone, there were a few shortcomings:
The name + phone or name + email had to be exact, leaving more room for error and causing duplicate records to be created when not found
All existing fields must be remapped, otherwise they would be cleared out by the import
Customer import requirements. The customer import requires the account name, carrier, policy type, effective date, and expiration date. If you are wanting to import to fill in missing email addresses or add new data to custom fields, there's no reason to import new policies.
Now, when selecting the AgencyZoom Internal ID during the import:
The import is treated as an update
Only fields that are explicitly mapped are updated
Fields not included in the mapping are not overwritten or cleared out
The additional field mapping requirements are no longer enforced (no need to field map policy data)
In short, just field map the lead or customer ID and the desired fields for update.
An import to update customer email addresses.
Upload email attachments to AMS360
Email attachments will now automatically upload to AMS360 and be added to the created activity.
Note: multi-attachment upload is not currently supported. When the email contains a single attachment, it will automatically be uploaded.
Mark all notifications as read
Instead of going into the notification center, you can now mark all outstanding notifications as read directly from notification sub-menu in the upper right corner.
Pipeline Card Designer
You can now customize the details displayed on lead and service request cards for each pipeline—giving you the flexibility to display what info matters most specific to each pipeline and organize it your way.
To access the card designer:
Go to My Agency (Gear icon)
Select Pipelines
Click the action menu on the desired pipeline (three dots)
Choose Card Designer from the dropdown option
How it works:
Use the drag-and-drop editor to arrange the available fields from the righthand side into the card layout.
The live preview on the left will update in real-time as you build
The Customized Style section shows your current design.
Want to go back to the default? Use the Reset button in the AgencyZoom Default section to restore the default layout.
When you're happy with your layout, hit Save. Your changes will appear under the Saved Edition preview.
The 'Pipeline Default' dropdown enables you to choose from one of the cards you previously designed and apply it to any remaining pipelines.
Note: Assigning the pipeline default will assign this pipeline's design to all pipelines that do not have a custom design.
The 'Clone from' dropdown enables you to easily duplicate a previously designed card rather than starting from scratch.
✨ Pro Tip: Customize cards per pipeline so each workflow shows the info that matters most for that specific process.
