Multi-select files when attaching

Instead of selecting each file individually, select the boxes to attach multiple documents simultaneously.


Security updates when updating password

When changing your password used for signing into AgencyZoom, this will require you to log in again afterwards. This includes:

  • Resetting the password in My Profile

  • Changing the password in My Profile

  • Resetting the password at the Login page

Note: If you change the password for a user used to generate a token through the AgencyZoom API, you will need to generate a new token.


Include tags on the Service Request export

When exporting the service requests, the service tags will also be included for better organization and insights.


Quote Summary Reporting

Effective Date and Potential Revenue fields have been added to quotes.

  1. The Effective Date on the quote will store when the policy will become effective once bound, providing a key time element for forecasting potential premium or revenue coming into your agency. If an opportunity is converted to a quote, the opportunity's Expiration Date will be pre-populated as the quote's Effective Date.

  2. The Potential Revenue field on the quote will store the expected revenue of the quote. Like the existing Revenue field on policies, this field automatically calculates based on the Carrier, Policy Type, and Premium inputted for the Quote. This percentage of the premium is defined in the Revenue Tracking Setup.

Note: Like the revenue field on policies, the Potential Revenue field visibility is determined by the system settings (Under 'Other'- "Revenue visible to all employees")

Quote Summary Reports

Three new Quote Summary Reports are available, giving you a comprehensive breakdown of your quoting activity and helping you forecast potential agency revenue. These reports are separated by the 3 main categories:

  • Quotes by Producer

    • See which producers have the most potential business in their funnel

  • Quotes by Carrier

    • A breakdown of open quotes with specific carriers, giving you peace of mind that your team is trending towards any carrier targets

  • Quotes by Policy Type

    • The distribution across policy lines for the open quotes

Each report contains the following filters:

  • Pipeline

  • Lead Source

  • Lead type (Personal/Commercial)

  • Created Date

  • Effective Date


Exclude Carriers in the Renewal Pipeline settings

Perhaps your renewal process or the renewal timeline differs from carrier to carrier, use the new Exclude Carriers field in the renewal pipeline settings to ensure that only the renewal requests with the desired carriers are created in the pipeline.


Batch update policy type

You can now batch update policy types within the policy list, no longer needing to delete and reassign if the existing policy type is still in use.


Display primary contact name in lead and customer list

You can now choose to display the contact name (contact first name, contact last name) as columns in the lead and customer lists. Who you've been working with may register more than the business name.


Account-level producer email signature

The account-level producer email signature can now be used as a placeholder in email templates.


Hawksoft secondary email

The secondary email will now be pulled through from Hawksoft into AgencyZoom.
