Effective Date Reporting

Effective date reporting allows you to analyze production date, ensuring more accurate revenue and commission projections. This can be useful in scenarios such as property policies where there is typically a gap between the written and issue date.

Create Leads from Allstate DASH Report Upload

You can now create leads in your sales pipelines after uploading DASH quote reports to better manage and track lead status from the existing quotes in DASH.

Upload quote has been added to the side menu to access from any page within the system.

HawkSoft6 Compatibility

When connecting the Hawksoft integration, we will now collect the version so we can import your book of business. If you have the Hawksoft integration connected already, the version can be modified in the integration settings when you make the change.

The following minor enhancements were pushed to production on-demand:

Import the opportunity expiration date during lead import
Add the extension for a user – when using the agent phone number placeholder, the recipient will then have the extension to reach their agent directly
Create service requests in batch from the policy list
