  • Map lead source to AMS360 business origin

  • Texting inbox "read" status filtering

  • Carrier Quote Response Report details

  • Business Type filter for Book of Business Reports

Location-Based Automation Trigger

Multi-location agencies can now trigger automations based on location, eliminating the need to duplicate workflows for each branch. Maintain one automation structure while tailoring execution by office. For example, each branch can send onboarding communications with its own branding, all within one centralized automation.

How to Use It

1. Navigate to Automation

2. Create or edit an automation

3. Select the Location trigger

4. Choose the location(s) that should activate the workflow

5. Save and publish

The automation will run only when records tied to the selected location(s) meet the trigger criteria.

Additional Notes:

  • Built for multi-location agencies

  • Can be configured for one or multiple locations

  • Existing automations can be updated to use this trigger

Map Lead Source to AMS360 Business Origin

You can now map AgencyZoom Lead Sources directly to AMS360 Business Origins. When records sync, the mapped Business Origin is automatically applied, getting rid of manual reconciliation and improving reporting accuracy. For example, a lead marked “Google Ads” in AgencyZoom will sync with the correct Business Origin in AMS360.

How to Use It

1. Navigate to AMS360 Settings (in AgencyZoom)

2. Open the Field Mapping tab

3. Locate the Lead Sources mapping section

4. Select the corresponding Lead Source for each AMS360 Business Origin

5. Save

Future synced records will apply the mapped Business Origin automatically.

Additional Notes:

  • Unmapped lead sources will still sync, but may appear undefined

  • Business origins must exist in AMS360 before mapping

  • Admin permissions required

Texting Inbox "Read" Status Filtering

Review messages in time order, or instantly focus on what needs attention. The texting inbox now defaults to chronological order. You can also filter specifically for unread conversations when prioritization matters.

How to Use It

1. Open the Texting Inbox

2. Conversations display in chronological order by default

3. Click the filter dropdown

4. Select Unread to view only unread conversations

5. Select All to return to the full view

Additional Notes:

  • Filtering does not remove conversations, it only changes the view

Carrier Quote Response Report Details

You can now click into summary totals within the Carrier Quote Response Report to view the specific quotes that make up each metric. No more manual cross-referencing, just greater transparency and faster insights.

How to Use It

1. Navigate to the Carrier Quote Response Report

2. Click any blue total

3. Review the detailed list of associated quotes

Additional Notes:

  • Only blue totals are clickable

  • Report calculations remain unchanged

Business Type Filter for Book of Business Reports

You can now filter Book of Business reports by Business Type (Personal, Commercial, or Life & Health), making it easier to analyze performance by segment.

We’ve also added Transaction Type to better reflect New Business vs. Renewals and maintain consistency across reports.

How to Use It

1. Navigate to Reports

2. Open Book of Business

3. Use the Business Type and Transaction Type filters to refine your view

Additional Notes:

  • Available for accounts integrated with a management system

  • Data is based on policies synced from the management system
