Location of Property Address for Quote and Policy

Which policy covers which location? Store this information now within AgencyZoom and eliminate double-entry when submitting with PL Rating!

1) Denote the policy type as property (Policy Type Setup - this will allow the Location of Property address to be stored for a quote or policy)

2) Enter the Location of Property address under the quote or new policy

3) Reference the Location of Property in the Quote tab of a lead or View written policy info

Pushing to PL Rating

Configure Required Data: To make this a required field, go to System Settings, click Required Data, and toggle "Yes" under Policy.

Display Regular Hours on Timesheet Report Totals

Regular Hours were added as a column on the timesheet report for a complete breakdown of the total Clocked Hours.


Tag via Automation for Lead and Customer

We've added the ability to tag a lead or customer as part of the automation sequence. There is no longer the need to manually tag a file that has been in a sequence for a specified amount of time. This will also allow you to branch automation sequences if the applied tag is also used as a trigger in subsequent touchpoints!

You'll also notice a few new triggers for applying a tag in a customer sequence:

  • number of policies

  • premium greater than or equal to

  • revenue greater than or equal to
