Making changes to leads or deleting customers one at a time can be tedious; for that reason, we have the Batch Select option! By batch selecting, you can make various changes to multiple leads and customers at once.
To Batch Select Customers, you’d click the Customers icon on AgencyZoom’s toolbar on the left. This will take you to the Customer List.
To Batch Select Policies, you’d just click the Customers icon on AgencyZoom’s toolbar on the left. Then click the “Policies” tab at the top of the Customer list.
To Batch Select Leads, you’d click the Leads icon on the left toolbar, then click the “Leads” tab above the pipeline. This will take you to the Leads List.
To Batch Select Service Tickets, you’d click the Service Center icon on the left toolbar, then click the “List” tab above the pipeline. This will take you to the Service Request List.

If there are any changes you’re looking to make that aren’t in the list of options above, there’s a good chance they fall under Batch Update. When you click Batch Update, it will open a pop-up with a list of different Batch Update options.
These range from:
Reassigning Leads
Moving Leads
Changing Lead Sources
Changing the location
Changing the Smart Cycle Settings
As well as others, depending on whether you’re Batch Updating Leads, Customers, Policies, or Service Tickets. You just select the changes in the dropdowns you want changed, and ignore any dropdowns you don’t want changed. Then click “Update”.
Select Page vs. Select All
From the List page, you can individually select multiple Leads/Customers at once, or you can “Select All” by clicking the square at the top left. Doing so will Select All on the current page, but you can also click the down arrow next to the select all Icon.
This will give a secondary icon to select ALL leads or customers, instead of just those on he current page.
However, as a note, selecting ALL gives you more limited Batch Options. Because of this, we have a workaround to increase the page size. You can read more about this later in the article.
Increase Page Size Workaround
As mentioned earlier in the article, certain batch changes- such as Delete, Tag, or Send Email are no longer an option if you select “ALL” instead of “Current Page”. This is to prevent entire pipelines' worth of leads or BoBs being deleted or emailed in error- especially since deleted Leads and Customers cannot be recovered.
However, for a case you do need to Delete, Email, or Tag more than 100 Leads or Customers, doing one page at a time can be tedious. So, we have a workaround to circumvent this.
Step 1: Change the row count on the Lead/Customer/Service Request List to 100 rows. Do this even if the Row Count is already at 100.
Step 2: Scroll up to the top of the page and go to the far right of the URL. There should be a section that says “?pageSize=100”
Step 3: Manually delete 100 and enter whatever page size you want. For instance, if you need to email a list of 1000 leads, make the row count 1000. As a note, doing upwards of 10,000 leads/customers/requests at once can sometimes crash AgencyZoom, and make it so you have to clear your cookies and cache.
Step 4: Refresh the page. It should now display all the rows you entered at once. Then you can select Current Page and make that Batch Change.
