AgencyZoom's video platform creates a new communication channel between agents and their customers by recording and attaching videos to outgoing emails to improve outreach, response, and customer satisfaction. It is simple yet effective, tightly integrated with AgencyZoom’s automation engine and analytics.

What's new?

Loom is a video messaging tool that helps you get your message across through instantly shareable videos. To record a new video, select "record" (also located in the top-right corner) and the Loom record interface will open. If you do not have a Loom account, you will have the ability to record and store 3 videos. With a free Loom account, you can record and store up to 25 videos with a 5-minute limit. Paid Loom plans are also available.

** Recording with Loom is not supported in Safari or Firefox. For Chrome users: please ensure neither "block third party cookies" nor "block all cookies (not recommended)" are selected in your Chrome settings - privacy & security.

The video library is your consolidated video collection from various video platforms, enhanced with AgencyZoom meta data.

To add an existing video to your video library, simply select "Add" (located in the top-right corner) and you will be prompted to create your video Title and Description. You will also enter the video URL. If uploading a video from Loom or Youtube, we will automatically pull the thumbnail URL. If uploading from another platform, you will need to enter the thumbnail URL.

The video plugin will be available in the email editor whether sending a manual email or creating an automated email touchpoint. This tool allows you to access the video library or record a new video and insert it into your email.

When the recipient receives the video link and selects the thumbnail, they will be directed to the landing page. The video landing page contains your agency contact information and allows the recipient to send a comment back on the video.

Each video link that is sent is enhanced specifically for each recipient. This allows you to view the recipients' comments on the video and track when they have watched the video directly in the activities. The activities also contain a new filter option for activities related to video(s).

In the "Quotes" section, there is now an option to record. Selecting this option will open the quote document and Loom recording interface. Once you have completed recording your video, it will be inserted into the email editor and the quote document will automatically be attached.

If wanting to add your video to a template, add the [[video quote recording]] placeholder where you would like the video to be inserted. Visit your integrations page (my agency > integrations) and select video. Under the settings section, you will choose the default template to be used after recording a quote video.

Please note that this feature is only available in the Growth and Pro packages.
