AgencyZoom receives updated book of business information from EPIC from regular report uploads into AgencyZoom. There's two main steps to setup the AgencyZoom/EPIC integration. The first step is building the custom reports within EPIC and the second step is to set up the integration in AgencyZoom.

Report Setup in EPIC

This step of the process happens within your EPIC system. You will need to generate one report that has a list of your clients and contacts, and a second list that has a list of your policies. It is imperative that your reports matches the format that AgencyZoom intakes. If any columns are out of order the data will be incorrect when uploaded to AgencyZoom.

1. Client List:

Please reference the following CSV file to find the correct field layout for AgencyZoom's Client List:

A few notes about these fields:

"PrimaryMainBusiness" indicates whether the individual is the primary contact

"Commercial" indicates a personal versus commercial account

"Name" in Column S will map to the Account Primary Executive/Producer field in AgencyZoom:

2. Policy List:

Please reference the following CSV file to find the correct field layout for AgencyZoom's Policy List:

A few notes about these fields:

"PolicyTypeDesc" in Column C is what AgencyZoom uses for Policy Type:

"Name" in Column N will map to the Executive/Producer field at the Policy Level:

A few more things:

*If you're having issues generating these custom reports or you're unfamiliar with how to build them, please reference their support resources or reach out to their support team directly.

**This report must be in a csv format to upload correctly.

Integrating with AgencyZoom

Once you've created and generated your client and policy list in EPIC, you can now upload them into AgencyZoom. Proceed to My Agency > Integration > Click on the EPIC page.

From this page, you can click the Upload CSV button to upload both the client and policy reports.

Conclusion

Now that you have the upload initiated, you can sit back and wait for your data to populate in AgencyZoom. You want to regularly upload these reports to ensure your AgencyZoom is up to date. Based on the most recent upload, AgencyZoom will cross reference the customers and policies in AgencyZoom to determine which accounts and policies are active or inactive.
