Custom fields enable the ability to store additional information under leads, customers, and contacts. These additional fields can be used in import field mapping and placeholders.
The available field types are:
single choice (select one from dropdown)
multiple choice (select one or more from dropdown)
Adding a custom field
To add a custom field, select my agency (gear icon) > manage custom fields. Here, you can add a custom field to leads (information, quotes, opportunities), customers, and contacts. You can also field map your custom fields between leads and customers.
Adding a custom field while in a file
From your lead manager, select any lead from the pipeline view and select the "i" (more information) icon in the action menu. Select the gear icon (located in the top-right corner of the lead information, quotes, opportunities, and details section), and select "add a new field." Define the field title and type. Additional settings include whether to add this field to customers and 'add new lead' entry. Once created, the field will be togglable to apply to personal and/or commercial. Once added, this field will appear for all leads pertaining to the business type elections (personal, commercial, or both).
Select a customer from your customer list and select the gear icon (located in the top-right corner of the customer info) and select "add a new field." Once added, this field will appear for all customers.
Access a contact from any lead or customer file and select the gear icon (located in the top-right corner of the contact information). Select "add a new field." Once added, this field will appear for all contacts.
