In AgencyZoom, WebLead Vendors are third-party services or platforms that generate and deliver leads directly into your AgencyZoom sales pipeline. These vendors can integrate using either:
Webhooks – A real-time data push method where AgencyZoom provides a unique URL for the vendor to send lead data to. An example is: https://app.agencyzoom.com/v1/api/lead/webhook/667d7c42abe3b1c84af53be6a8b8a5e0735ae46aee7c9
Email-based integrations – AgencyZoom generates a unique email address that vendors can send lead data to, which is then parsed and added to your pipeline. An example is: mclark1987_quoterush@myagency.email
An admin in AgencyZoom can access and add Web Lead Vendors by following the steps below:
Go to My Agency from the left side list menu.
Click on Integration.
Select Web Lead Integration.
a. Click + Web Lead Integration from the upper right side of the screen.
b. Choose a supported vendor from the list (e.g., EverQuote, SmartFinancial, etc.).
Configure:
a. Lead Source: To add a new lead source, click the My Agency gear icon, select "Lead Source," and then add a new one.
b. Tags: Similar to Lead sources, you can add new tags to identify specific leads by clicking on the Agency gear icon and then selecting Tags.
c. Pipeline and Stage: This setting determines where you want the leads received to populate.
d. Assignment: This is how leads are assigned to producers and CSRs, and can be broken into the following assignments:
i.Round-robin: Leads are distributed equally among producers and CSRs.
ii.Specific individual: Leads will be assigned to a particular user.
iii.Assignment group: Leads will be assigned round-robin to a collection of users grouped. [Assignment groups can be set by going to My Agency gear icon from the left side of the screen, then Assignment groups. You can set a group of producers and a group of CSRs.]
e. Location: Leads will be assigned to the location selected.
When completed, copy the webhook or email address provided and give it to your lead vendor.
Once set up, leads from that vendor will automatically appear in your pipeline.
PS: When providing the Weblead email address to your Weblead vendor, ensure the generated email is included in the list of recipients. It is best to have that email listed first or in the "to" field. All other recipients can be CC'd.
